The English football season is fast coming to an end, so Paul Robinson is trying to make most of what is left with this 24/125.00 Acca across five 3pm kick-offs in the Premier League and Championship.
-
A fourth straight success for Palace
-
Norwich to sign-off at Carrow Road in style
-
Plymouth to be left in big trouble
Palace head to Craven Cottage having won their last three games, and with Oliver Glasner having them in such good form, they represent decent value to win at Fulham.
The hosts were beaten here 1-3 by Liverpool on Sunday, and that was their third defeat from four outings. It's just one win in five now for Marco Silva's men, and despite some good home results this term, Aston Villa, Newcastle and the aforementioned, Liverpool, have all beaten them on this ground since the middle of February.
The Canaries still potentially need one more win to guarantee themselves a place in the Play-offs, and as this is their final game at Carrow Road, it's hard to see them slipping-up against Swansea.
David Wagner's side have won 15 of their 22 in front of their own fans this season, while the Swans have been beaten in nine of their 22 on the road.
The visitors have just won three on the bounce to end any relegation worries, but now that is done, their intensity levels might drop.
Plymouth are only two points clear of Birmingham who are third from bottom, but I would think that the win they probably need to survive is more likely to come back on their own patch on the final day.
They have to travel to Millwall this afternoon, and while the Lions are in a very similar situation I outlined for Swansea above, they will probably want to give their fans a good send-off in their last match of the season at the Den.
I also have concerns about Argyle's away form, which wasn't overly spectacular when promoted from League One last year.
Bristol City are ending their campaign well, and they take their final curtain at Ashton Gate on a six match unbeaten run. They don't really have anything to play for, but neither do Rotherham, and they have been well below the standard required this season.
The Millers have taken just 24 points from their 44 outings to date, and it's currently eight straight defeats on their travels - the five latest of which were to nil.
Blackburn aren't quite out of the woods yet when it comes to Championship safety this season, but by 5pm on Saturday, they probably will be.
Coventry are beginning to feel the effects of a busy schedule, and while Mark Robins rested some key players in Wednesday's defeat against Hull, it has been the defence that has been creaking.
With their Play-off hopes all but over, and with Rovers needing a win, the hosts look like a good bet at even money.
Acca Wreckers
Both of this week's Acca Wreckers are teams that are odds-on in the Premier League, and the first is Wolves at 5/61.84 at home to Luton.
Clearly the Hatters need to bounce back from 5-1 drubbings at the hands of Man City and Brentford, but they are capable of picking up wins because they can score goals.
Wolves have just lost two home matches, and their last win of any nature came over six weeks ago.
On Sunday Arsenal are as short as 4/61.67 to win at Spurs, and I couldn't consider putting them in my Acca this weekend at that price.
Tottenham will be trying to do everything they can to scupper the Gunners' title bid, and they are still fighting for a top four place themselves.
Ange Postecoglou's men have been in and out of late, but they are more than capable on their day, and I don't think it's more than a 50% chance of them losing this North London derby.
