There is more action from the Carabao Cup for Paul Robinson this evening as he has put together a 7/1 Daily Acca. Here are his selections:
More goals at Ashton Gate
Bet 1: Back BTTS in Bristol City v Aston Villa @ 13/20 - KO 19:00 BST
This looks like a very competitive fixture, on paper at least, and I am expecting goals at both ends.
In the last round of this competition, Villa conceded a goal in a 3-1 win at Burton, and while the Robins have kept three clean sheets in four competitive matches so far this term, they are yet to face a Premier League club.
Dean Smith's men are far from defensively sound, but I certainly expect them to score at Ashton Gate.
Reds to dominate Lincoln
Bet 2: Back Liverpool to win both halves @ 11/10 - KO 19:45 BST
It is abundantly clear that Jurgen Klopp won't play any of his first team players in this game, but the Reds have a pretty decent second string, which will be a mixture of fringe and promising youth players.
A trip to Lincoln with home fans in attendance might have made me shy away from this kind of selection, but this is behind closed doors, which does tend to neutralise home advantage, somewhat.
The hosts have made a decent start to their League One campaign, but this is a big step up in opponent, and I can't even see them scoring a goal.
City's second string to prove too strong
Bet 3: Back Man City to win both halves @ 13/10 - KO 19:45 BST
Similar to the above, even the second XI of Manchester City should be capable of winning both halves against a Bournemouth side that will also not view this competition as a priority.
The reserves of Man City are even stronger than those of Liverpool, with the likes of Riyad Mahrez and Ferran Torres getting a run-out.
The Cherries have taken four points from their opening two Championship fixtures, and they will likely be keeping some of their key players fresh ahead of their match with Norwich on Sunday.
