Big Winners on Betfair: Punter wins £39K with 18-fold £10 ACCA

18 team ACCA lands incredible £39K win

A Betfair punter was celebrating after they scooped an astonishing £39,458.81 with a stunning £10 acca featuring 18 teams from across Europe on Sunday.

They picked all 18 winners across the day's football in the Premier League, Serie A, La Liga and beyond in a remarkable feat of football betting.

From FC Utrecht to St Gallen to Pogon Szczecin, our punter could only find winners in a remarkable feat of punting!

Talk about a super Sunday. It's been a brilliant start to the season for Betfair's big winners but we reckon this is the best and biggest we've seen yet in 2026/27.

Incredible bet. Incredible payout. 🤯 A Betfair punter landed an 18-fold acca resulting in a mega £39k win! https://t.co/Y7Up9xFLEl

As you can see, Manchester City's 3-0 victory at Anfield was part of the acca while Southampton's south coast 1-0 win over Portsmouth in the south coast derby was also among the 18.

Saints' win was one of six by a single goal margin. An equaliser for any of the six opposing sides would have killed the acca and left the punter with no winnings at all. Instead, the teams hung on and our bettor scooped over £39K.

Sometimes one leg does let down a bet. Many punters have experienced the disappointment in coming so close but yet so far from a big win.

With this in mind, Betfair launched Ghost Leg - a new offer which means that, if one leg of a bet builder loses but the others win, they will pay out on the remaining legs at a reduced price.
