Fabregas would love to see Villa at Arsenal
The Arsenal midfielder thinks his Spanish team mate could make the difference at the Emirates.
Cesc Fabregas says he would love to play alongside David Villa at Arsenal next season after the striker's hat-trick against Russia at Euro 2008.
Villa was in sensational form as Spain ran out 4-1 winners in Innsbruck and Fabregas said: "He was amazing. He is a terrific player and he was on fire yesterday."
Arsenal are in need of reinforcements after fading from title contention in the final third of last season. Fabregas believes the 26-year-old Valencia forward could be just what the Gunners are looking for.
He said: "He can make the difference. He has the quality to do it so it is up to him."
Spain, who meet Sweden on saturday, are second favourites to win Euro 2008 at [5.3] behind Germany [4.9].
