If ever there was a match for Wayne Rooney to go all greedy on us, this is it.
With the two Manchesters glued to each other at the top of the table, this may yet come down to goal difference. United will be going for goals hammer and tong and they might just get a load of them, says Lee Dixon.
Correct Score
If Manchester City go on to win the title I'm sure Sir Alex Ferguson will be feeling a bit like Kevin Keegan did all those years ago. Except that in United's case it would be even more frustrating to give up their lead because they were the ones who pegged City back in the first place!
It's always frustrating to be in a position where your destiny is out of your hands. But that's the case for United now. If City win their two remaining matches it's pretty much game over because of City's better goal difference. But all Manchester United can do is win their two remaining matches and look to do so by as many goals as possible to see if they can make up said goal difference (currently +8 in City's favour).
So United's gameplan will be to really go for it. Score, go pick the ball up from the back of the net, carry it to the centre-circle. Start again. Both of United's last two matches at home saw them cross the four goal barrier (4-0 against Aston Villa and 4-4 against Everton) and Swansea could be the third team in a row to suffer that fate. Swansea look a bit jaded at the moment - there's no absolutely no way they would have thrown away that sort of lead against Wolves a few weeks back.
Any unquoted looks a good bet on the correct score market at 3.211/5.
To score two or more goals
If ever there was a match for Wayne Rooney to go all greedy on us, this is it. He's United's top scorer by a country mile and will know the importance of United scoring as many as they can. Given that on top of that he'll be on penalty duty, may take the odd free-kick and is sure to play the full 90 minutes, it's worth backing him to score at least two goals in this game at 4.03/1 or bigger.
Bookings Odds
Some games have fouls and bookings written all over them. Some don't. This could be such a game. Neither is a dirty team and there's no bad blood between these two. Swansea won't be making any silly challenges at this stage of the season and United should have the ball for most of the game so it might be a good bet to back less than three bookings at around 2.35/4.
