Labour majority is heavy odds-on
The Conservatives are 2.466/4 on the Betfair Exchange to lose more than 201 seats at the next general election after a Tory MP said his party would face a 'massacre' at the polls if they do not get rid of Rishi Sunak.
Sir Simon Clarke criticised the prime minister in an article in the Telegraph and said the Tories had lost key voters due to their failure to be bold on immigration.
We still do not know when the general election will take place this year but on the Betfair Exchange October to December is 1.364/11. The month of election market is gathering pace and November looks set to be the favourite.

Other MPs accused Clarke of putting his personal ambitions ahead of his party but the polling and betting is ominous for the Tories. Today, Betfair opened a market on the month of Sunak's departure.
A Labour majority at the next election is 1.261/4 and the Tories are as long as 18.017/1.
Sunak still odds-on to lead Tories into election
Betfair spokesperson Sam Rosbottom said: "Sir Simon Clarke has attracted criticism for his public criticism of Rishi Sunak, but he appears to be in touch with the mood of the UK when he predicts a 'massacre' for the Conservatives at the next general election.
"But despite Clarke's move, there seems little appetite publicly to force a vote of no confidence in Sunak, with the prime minister 1.121/8 to be the Tory leader at the next general election."
