Punchestown the plan for Bravemansgame
Paul will be watching the weather at Ayr on Saturday and hoping the rain will hold off, particularly for the Scottish Champion Hurdle at 14:25.
He said: "Rubaud loves good ground, so we are really looking forward to him running. He did not run at Aintree last weekend because it rained.
"He is a solid each-way chance here."
Scottish Grand National pair want good ground
Paul has two in the Scottish Grand National at 15:35.
"They are both good ground horses," he said of Threeunderthrufive and Flash Collonges.
"There is not too much rain forecast so I'm sure it will be ok for them.
"Threeunderthrufive has run ok this season but it hasn't quite gone to plan for him.
"Flash Collonges won very nicely at Newbury last time so I am sure he will gallop round again. He's from the family of Neptune Collonges so he should stay forever.
"I think Flash has a nice each-way chance."
Bravemansgame ready for Punchestown
"The plan is run Bravemansgame at Punchestown. He's worked well yesterday.
"He's ready and as far as I am concerned he is going to Punchestown.
"I may send Shantou Flyer over to keep Bravemansgame company."
