Some big chances at Plumpton on Sunday
-
Rare Middleton going for Sussex Champion Hurdle glory
-
It's a very quiet start to the weekend for Team Ditcheat as they have just one runner at Carlisle on Saturday, Largy Poet in the Novices' Hurdle at 15:05.
Paul says, "Heavy ground, he seems to like that, and it looks a suitable race for him to go right-handed.
"Ben (Bromley) is taking a very hand 5lbs off, and as long as we're happy with everything this morning when he goes out, he'll be on his way."
*Editor's Note: Since Ditcheat Decs was recorded Largy Poet has been declared a Non-Runner.

Middleton going for Champion Hurdle glory
Sunday's Plumpton card is a really big day for the racecourse and Paul is supporting it well with quite a few runners, including Rare Middleton in the feature race, the Sussex Champion Hurdle at 16:15.
Paul says, "I've been waiting all winter with him to run on some decent ground. I'm taking a bit of a gamble as it's good to soft, soft in places at the moment but it does look a very dry forecast.
"He's very fresh and well which is a plus, big prize money so we're hoping we're sending the right horse."
Hopeful of a very big run from Emailandy
In the concluding handicap chase at 17:25 Paul runs Emailandy and he has this to say about his chances:
"He's been running really well, he won at Plumpton earlier in the season and he ran really well at Sandown in the EBF final the last day.
"So as long as we're not running him too soon he'd have a big chance. Again, it's good prize money so we're hopeful of a very big run."
Paul then discusses briefly his intended runners for the following week's Aintree Grand National Festival, so be sure to give the latest Ditcheat Decs a watch for the latest insight and analysis from the champion trainer.
