Alan Dudman fired in a 6/17.00 winner at York yesterday and he's looking to keep his good form going with a double on Friday...

Dragon Leader advised at 6/17.00 was a most impressive winner for the column yesterday to make it seven single winners in the last eight days, and I wish they all won like Clive Cox's sprinter - who scored by nearly 5L and looks a Group-class horse.
We start again with the opener at 13:50 and one of the tough handicaps over 1m4f, and with 14 runners, it's also an Extra Place Special on the Sportsbook.
Ralph Beckett is enjoying a good run at the moment with 14-50 at 28% and his horses have performed well on the Knavesmire so far, and his progressive Balance Play can justify his 10/34.33 price despite the deep field.
The 3yo made the running to score at Chester earlier this summer and won with plenty in hand from a mark of 83 on that occasion and he improved again last time out and overcame a steady pace to score in 0-90 company at Goodwood to mark himself down as a fast-improving handicapper.
He comes out of a very strong piece of form on Derby Day at Epsom earlier in the campaign and a 7lb rise might not be enough to stop him. He will get the 1m4f no problems and will stay further down the line too.
Group 1 action for the Nunthorpe next up and you'll have to be pretty good to beat Highfield Princess here, a high-class mare who scored in the race last season, but there's no juice in the price at all.
Bradsell has done the column a favour already this term with a King's Stand win at Royal Ascot - where he beat the Princess on good ground.
Rated 119, his improving might not have reached its ceiling and it has been a real masterstroke from his trainer to drop him back to 5f as he is a horse who possesses so much natural pace.
I can see him really letting rip over the pan-flat 5f at York and at 9/25.50, he can claim the scalp of Highfield Princess again - especially on fast ground.
And how nice it is see a good clerk letting horses race on genuine fast.
