Cadillac Championship tips and predictions

The Punter's Preview: Young a fair price at 14/115.00

Steve Rawlings: Cam Young's disappointing tied 25th in the RBC Heritage two weeks ago was a perfectly understandable performance following his near miss at Augusta.

The 28-year-old New Yorker was matched at as low as 2.1 to bag his first major at the US Masters after five holes on Sunday, so it was far from surprising to see his form dip the following week after his third-place finish behind Rory McIlroy.

Young, who won his first PGA Tour title last year in emphatic style at the Wyndham Championship, should take to Doral and with form figures reading 7-3-1-3-25, the Players Champion is a fair price in the Sportsbook's Win Only market at 14/1.

Each-way Picks: Back Theegala to continue form at 60/161.00

Dave Tindall: Sahith Theegala at 60s (1/5, 8 Places) has produced a real return to form this season, showing it early with eighth at The American Express and seventh at lengthy Torrey Pines.

In March he recorded his second top six at Bay Hill - another tough Florida course with some similar traits to this one - while Theegala has other top 10s in the Sunshine State at the Vaspar and Players Championship.

Theegala delivered another top 10 in Houston prior to the US Masters and after missing the year's opening Major he should be hungry.

Since Augusta, the 28-year-old has finished 25th at the RBC Heritage (6th for Approach) while he added another top 25 alongside Aaron Rai in the Zurich Classic pairs event.

Theegala is 15th Around The Green and in the top 40 for both Approach and Putting. And with four par fives to go at, his ranking of 5th for Par 5 Scoring Average bodes well too. There's lots to like about a player quite a long way down the betting.

First Round Leader Tips: Trust Adam to start fast at 30/131.00

Dave Tindall: With a tee-time of 11:00, Adam Scott should get most of his round in before the winds get testy.

While plenty in this field have either never played The Blue Monster or struggled on it, the Aussie will be relishing a return.

Scott won the last WGC-Cadillac Championship held there in 2016 and that added to finishes of third, fourth, sixth and ninth.

In terms of good starts, he was first-round leader in 2012 and has also ended day one in fourth place twice and in eighth twice.

A more recent look at his FRL form shows Scott in sixth place after 18 holes at Bay Hill last month while he's shot in the 60s in seven of his last 10 openers.

Turkish Airlines Open tips and predictions

The Punter's Preview: In-form favourite Puig a confident selection

Steve Rawlings: In what is a weak renewal, the Australian PGA Championship winner, David Puig, looks a very fair price at around 12/1.

We've already seen three men win twice this season on the DP World Tour and Puig, the winner of the opening event on the schedule back in November, is in fair enough form to emulate Jayden Shapher, Patrick Reed and Casey Jarvis by doubling up here in Turkey.

Since winning Down Under at the end of November, Puig has finished third and seventh in the prestigious events in Dubai and he's on a great run of form on the LIV Golf circuit, culminating in a second-place finish behind Jon Rahm in Mexico two weeks ago.

Find Me a 100 Winner: Back Multiple DP World Tour Winner at 160.0159/1

Steve Rawlings: My only other selection is another winner of the Kenya Open, Guido Migliozzi, who claimed his victory in the event around an equally challenging and tight venue, Karen Country Club, back in 2019.

Less than three months after winning in Kenya, he claimed the second of his four DP World Tour victories in the Belgium Knockout at the aforementioned Rinkven, beating Van Driel in the final.

Migliozzi is a class act on his day, and in addition to winning four times on the DP World Tour, most recently in 2024 at the KLM Open, he's finished fourth and 14th in two of the three US Opens that he's played in.

The 29-year-old Italian is far from a model of consistency but like Van Driel, he caught the eye last week when he sat tied for seventh and seven off the lead with 18 to play.

Any slim chance he had in China was soon relinquished when he double-bogeyed the sixth hole but he finished the event off nicely with a bogey-free, three-under-par on the back-nine and that followed back-to-back 66s on Friday and Saturday so he might just be rounding into form.

Turkish Airlines Open 2026: Form stats

Current Form Pick: The five-time DP World Tour winner Adrian Otaegui was second last week and could be in a good position to press his claim again this time out. He was disappointing at the Hero Indian Open but prior to that was third at the Hainan Classic, so he is knocking on the door for a sixth tournament victory.
