Manchester City shortened to 5/42.25 from 20/121.00 to sign Argentine midfielder Gabriel Vega.
The 21-year-old, who is currently playing in his native country for Godoy Cruz on loan from Boca Juniors, has caught the attention of Premier League clubs.
As well as City, Liverpool 5/23.50, Chelsea 3/14.00 and Arsenal 5/16.00 are all potentially interested in him.
City look to have the best chance of landing him and prospect of working with Pep Guardiola could enticing for the youngster.
City ended their interest in the England midfielder Declan Rice earlier this week when Arsenal lodged a £105m bid.
At such a young age, and with no experience in European football, Vega would not be an immediate alternative to Rice, but given time the Argentine could become an important part of the City midfield.
