We're off to Scotland's top tier tonight, and Kev's backing visitors Aberdeen to pick up maximum points.

AZ let us down in Belgium last night, as they sunk to a 2-0 defeat against Anderlecht in the Europa Conference League, but we're still in decent shape this week. We'll look to move into the black with a winner in Scotland, because Aberdeen are an attractive price to win their top-flight game at Ross County.

Aberdeen hit a low point earlier in the season when they tumbled out of the Scottish Cup at sixth-tier Darvel. It was one of the most embarrassing results in the club's history, and the subsequent 6-0 hammering at Hibernian in the league removed any doubt at all that manager Jim Goodwin had to be ousted.

Former Dons' player Barry Robson has picked up the coaching reins, and the team has improved significantly. They have won their last five games in the league, and are third in the standings. Hearts and St Mirren are also part of what could end up being a fascinating race for third spot, so Aberdeen certainly don't lack motivation at this stage of the campaign.

Ross County are second from bottom, and only two points above rock-bottom Dundee United. They have lost 18 of their 31 league matches, including five of the last seven. At home they have been beaten in their last two by Motherwell and Celtic, and if you stretch back a bit further they have lost eight of the last 13 at the Global Energy Stadium.

I'll back Aberdeen to extend their winning streak here, and we can back them in the Match Odds market at 2.265/4.
