Bet Builder double pays close to 7/2
The statistic that stood out when looking into Friday night's La Liga clash was the one which shows these two sides are third and second respectively for fouls committed in the Spanish top flight this season.
Throw in the fact that there's a bit of local rivalry here and it makes strong sense to take a look at the player fouls markets.
Dirty Sanchez no prank
For Osasuna, Manu Sanchez looks a decent price at 8/11 to commit a foul at any time.
The left-back has committed four fouls in each of his last two starts and while that's obviously well above the average, he has many 1+ foul games sprinkled throughout the campaign.
Here he may well go up against Takefusa Kubo, a player who started for Real in midweek and who has a good record for drawing fouls. The same can be said of Brais Mendez, another who could slot in on the right side for the visitors.
Talking of drawing fouls, Osasuna's Kike Barja is good at that too and their right-winger is bang in form having contributed three assists in his last three games.
That draws Real defender Robin Le Normand into our Bet Builder equation.
French fancy
Le Normand plays left centre-back and so will likely be drawn out at times to deal with the threat of Barja.
The French defender has landed the 2+ fouls bet in six of his last seven. Throw in his potential opponent and it's difficult to work out why he's 7/4 for a repeat.
Put the two legs together using the Bet Builder tool and you get a price close to 7/2.
Admittedly the referee appointment could be better - Valentin Pizarro Gomez awards fouls at an average below that of the league as a whole - but that's not enough to put me off.
