The return of Allan to the Everton team has given Andre Gomes a bit more licence to push on in the Blues' midfield and that's reflected in his recent shot stats.
The former Barcelona man has managed six shots in his last four games, hitting the target in three of them.
It's therefore something of a surprise to see him available at 5/1 for a shot on target in this match.
Admittedly Everton haven't been at their best too often at Goodison Park this season and they come into this match having lost their last three at any venue.
However, they also know that results across the weekend have really boosted their European hopes - win their two games in hand and they will go above Chelsea, who currently occupy the last Champions League slot.
In short, they should be fired up for this one and will face a Crystal Palace side likely happy to invite them on with their massed defensive ranks again on show.
Palace have conceded at least 17 shots in four of their last eight games - to Fulham, Brighton, Newcastle and Leeds - so Gomes may well get an opportunity or two. For the record, he's also 11/4 to have two shots of any sort.
Of course, getting a shot off is a long way from getting one on target but that's very much reflected by the price which, given the Portuguese's recent efforts, looks a tad big.
