Europa League-winning coach Julen Lopetegui is under increasing pressure

"Sevilla sold their best defenders in the summer, and have looked ragged without them, while Copenhagen are currently far too easy to play against."

We're off to Denmark for some more Champions League glamour, and Kev's backing goals when Sevilla visit Copenhagen.

Our Bet Builder never got going in the Czech Republic, as that pesky Inter boss Simone Inzaghi failed to start Lautaro Martinez, so he's off the FBOTD Christmas card list. I'm sure he's devastated, and so he should be.

We'll move on to Denmark, because the Champions League continues apace, and Copenhagen are up against underperforming Sevilla.

It's been a nightmare start to the season for a Sevilla side that was pushing for the La Liga title at this early stage of last term. They sold Jules Kounde and Diego Carlos, which was their premier defensive partnership. Lucas Ocampos also left, and sporting director Monchi has gambled on the likes of Marcao and former Real Madrid star Isco to put things right. Given that Sevilla ended last season in poor form, you could argue that things have been going badly for at least six months under coach Julen Lopetegui.

Sevilla were absolutely hammered by Manchester City last week, beaten 4-0 at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan. However, at least the side bounced back by picking up their first league win of the season, a 3-2 success at Espanyol. Former Spurs midfielder Erik Lamela had a lively game - he scored a first-minute goal and was later sent off in the closing stages. However, some of Sevilla's away performances this term have been very poor - they lost 2-1 at Osasuna and were beaten by Almeria by the same scoreline.

Copenhagen battled gamely in Dortmund last week, but were ultimately swatted aside in a 3-0 defeat. Jess Thorup's side continue to struggle domestically too - they were beaten 2-1 at OB at the weekend, and have claimed just 12 points from their first nine games of the Superliga season. They are already eight points adrift of the leaders Nordsjaelland.

Both of these sides are struggling, and both are leaking plenty of goals, so I'll go for Over 2.5 Goals here at 2.0811/10. That bet has paid out in all but one of Sevilla's competitive matches this term, and nine of Copenhagen's 12.
