Premier League Winner
It looks like we have a title race!
In Matchday 25, with just minutes remaining in Sunday's clash between Liverpool and Manchester City, it looked as though Arsenal were going to be the only winners of a game destined to end in a draw.
That result would have left the Gunners eight points clear in the title race and, barring an unexpected meltdown, out of sight. But then Man City scored a stoppage-time winner to close the gap to six points, and in Matchday 26 they made further inroads by beating Fulham 3-0 while Arsenal could only draw 1-1 at Brentford.
So as it stands the gap is now just four points and Man City have shortened to 9/43.25 to win the league with Arsenal the 3/101.30 Premier League title favourites on the Betfair Sportsbook.
Out of the race it seems are Aston Villa after dropping point at Bournemouth in Matchday 25 though they did get back to winning ways with a 1-0 victory over Brighton in midweek. Seven points adrift, Villa are now 80/181.00. Manchester United, five points further back, are also 80/181.00, while it's 250/1251.00 and upwards the rest.
| Team | Current Odds | Pre-Season Odds | Sportsbook High | Sportsbook Low |
| Arsenal | 3/101.30 | 9/43.25 | 5/23.50 | 1/61.17 |
| Man City | 9/43.25 | 7/24.50 | 8/19.00 | 11/102.11 |

Premier League Top 4 Finish
With no odds offered for both Arsenal and Man City it looks like it will be two from four to finish in the top four this season which will ensure Champions League qualification. However, the team finishing fifth is also extremely likely to qualify as, like last season, the Premier League looks almost certain to receive an extra Champions League qualifying spot.
Leading the race to finish in the top four are Aston Villa who picked up three points in the last two matchdays, and they're now 4/111.36 in the Betfair Sportsbook's Top Four finish betting having been as big as 16/117.00 earlier in the season.
Manchester United had a good couple of matchdays, picking up four points courtesy of a 2-0 win over Tottenham and a 1-1 draw at West Ham. They'd have been looking to collect six points, but the four points they accumulated keeps them fourth in the table, one place above Chelsea, and they're now odds-on at 17/201.85 to finish in the top four.
The Blues are fifth in the table and have drifted slightly to 13/82.63 after throwing away a 2-0 advantage against Leeds in Matchday 26 who fought back to earn a 2-2 draw.
The only other team seemingly in contention to finish in the top four this term are Liverpool, who followed their defeat to Man City with a 1-0 win at Sunderland. The Reds are currently sixth in the table, just one point behind Chelsea and three behind Man United, and the can be backed at 1/12.00 in the market.
| Team | Current Odds | Pre-Season Odds | Sportsbook High | Sportsbook Low |
| Aston Villa | 4/111.36 | 4/15.00 | 16/117.00 | 1/51.20 |
| Man United | 17/201.85 | 3/14.00 | 5/16.00 | 17/201.85 |
| Liverpool | 1/12.00 | 1/161.06 | 5/42.25 | 1/331.03 |
| Chelsea | 13/82.63 | 8/151.53 | 11/43.75 | 8/151.53 |

Below are the Real Time odds on the Betfair Exchange:
Premier League Relegation
No surprisingly, there are no odds offered for Wolves to be relegated given that they're 18 points from safety with just 12 games of the season remaining, while Burnley remain un-backable at 1/5001.00 despite beating Crystal Palace 3-2 in Matchday 26. The Clarets remain nine points from safety.
West Ham are the third team trading at odds-on to go down but they've drifted to 4/71.57 after picking up four points in the last two matchdays.
It was a bad few matchdays for Nottingham Forest and their boss Sean Dyche. Forest lost 3-1 to Leeds in a relegation six-pointer in Matchday 25 and they followed that up with a 0-0 draw at home to Wolves despite registering an incredible 35 shots.
After that game Dyche was sacked, and he's been replaced by former Wolves boss Vitor Pereira, but Forest remain 17th in the table, just three points above the drop zone. They can be backed at 11/43.75 in the Betfair Sportsbook's Relegation market.
Relegation is becoming a very realistic possibility for Tottenham after their miserable Premier League season continued with a 2-0 defeat at Manchester United before a midweek home defeat to Newcastle.
Like Dyche, Thomas Frank paid the price for Spurs' miserable form, and with the club just five points above the drop zone he was sacked with former Juventus manager Igor Tudor coming in as interim boss until the end of the season.
Tottenham are now 13/27.50 to be relegated, that's the shortest price they've been all season having beeen as big as 100/1101.00 just a few months ago.
| Team | Current Odds | Pre-Season Odds | Sportsbook High | Sportsbook Low |
| Burnley | 1/5001.00 | 1/41.25 | 1/21.50 | 1/5001.00 |
| West Ham | 4/71.57 | 5/16.00 | 5/16.00 | 1/101.10 |
| Nottm Forest | 11/43.75 | 8/19.00 | 8/19.00 | 2/13.00 |
| Tottenham | 13/27.50 | 100/1101.00 | 100/1101.00 | 13/27.50 |
| Leeds | 10/111.00 | 11/102.11 | 20/121.00 | 11/102.11 |
