Liverpool v Manchester United
Sunday, 16:30
Live on Sky Sports Football
Leg 1 - Sofyan Amrabat to be booked
Manchester United and Morocco International Sofyan Amrabat has played all 90 minutes in United's last three games in all competitions and looks set to retain his place with Captain Bruno Fernandes sitting out through suspension, and Casemiro still ruled out with a hamstring injury.
Amrabat is becoming a bit of a fan favourite with his recent performances and big challenges and was instrumental in their 2-1 home win against Chelsea recently. Amrabat has been shown the yellow card in five of his last nine appearances for Ten Hag's United side. Heis averaging 2.1 fouls per 90 minutes of Premier League football this season and is fouled 0.6 times.
Manchester United's form at Anfield in recent years has been awful. Liverpool are huge favourites here and Amrabat will be crucial if United are to get anything. Liverpool will dominate the ball and create many chances and we are going with Amrabat to get frustrated and start putting in some heavy challenges that will rile the home crowd and get on the referee's back.
Leg 2 - Trent Alexander-Arnold to be booked
Liverpool and England International Trent Alexander-Arnold is in phenomenal form currently. Playing in a new role further up the pitch, he is contributing greatly at both ends.
Alexander-Arnold has been shown three yellow cards so far this season for league leaders Liverpool and is averaging a career low for him of 0.4 fouls committed and 0.24 fouls received. These stats whilst damning to the booking bet, do not take into account that Alexander-Arnold is playing for his boyhood club against their biggest rivals.
Alexander-Arnold was booked by Michael Oliver when the sides met last year at Old Trafford.
The match official - Michael Oliver
The man in officiating Sunday's huge Premier League derby game is the highly experienced Michael Oliver.
Oliver is averaging 4.85 cards shown per game so far this season and has shown three yellow cards in his 11 Premier League games. He is averaging just over 24 free kicks given.
Given the magnitude of this game and the rivalry between the sides, we can see a higher than average amount of free kicks and cards given.
Oliver booked Trent Alexander-Arnold last time he officiated these sides.
