"Both teams have scored in each of Valencia and Real Madrid's last six Liga encounters."
After a nicely priced winner in France, Tobias Gourlay crosses the border into Spain for today's solitary La Liga clash
Valencia v Real Madrid
Wednesday 17:45 (Live on Sky Sports 1)
Manchester City's tussle with Monaco was quite something last night, but us globe-trotting connoisseurs of the game were quite happy with our lot in northern France. Strasbourg 4 Tours 2 earned us the juicy goals payout we were looking for.
For today's bet, we've come south to Spain, where there's a single rescheduled La Liga game that pits Valencia at home to Real Madrid. The top-of-the-table visitors are on a winning streak of four and should be too strong for their 15th-placed hosts, but Zinedine Zidane's men might not have it all their own way.
Both teams have scored in each of the pair's last six Liga encounters. In fact, Valencia have scored exactly twice in all six of those games, so Real will need to be clinical in front of goal if they're to take all three points away from the Mestalla this evening.
Since Cesare Prandelli was the latest coach to take on the unenviable task of turning around a once-great club, Valencia have struck at least twice in 4/6 home appearances. Real have conceded in 6/7 on the road recently and, although we think they'll be too strong for Los Che in the end, we do think they'll leak the odd goal along the way.
