The Joker's Bet of the Day: Win at Inter? Hardly Lahti

With a little help from some English friends, IBV smacked four past Stjarnan last night. Former Crewe Alexandra starlet Ian Jeffs, Tamworth legend George Baldock, Northwich Victoria's finest - Matt Garner - and lukewarm Newcastle United prospect Aaron Spear combined to bring down the Joker. One of them didn't get off the bench, but Jeffs chipped in with a goal that enhances a growing reputation and has sparked talk of a move to Kasabian.

The Joker's in need of some soccer aid himself. Perhaps he'll find it in Finland, where FC Inter have won all four of their home games this season and visiting Lahti have lost 4/5 on the road, falling behind before half-time in every one of those defeats.
