"Stuttgart have dropped just two points at home all season, and they beat Borussia Dortmund in their most recent game at the Mercedes Benz Arena."

After a setback in Ukraine, Kev's off to Germany in search of a winner.

Stuttgart v Bayer Leverkusen

Europa League disappointment for us and Zorya last night, as an Athletic Club side who have generally been atrocious on their travels came up with a crucial 2-0 win.

We don't have time to commiserate with the Ukrainians, as we're off to Germany for some Friday night football in the Bundesliga. Stuttgart are aiming to maintain their impeccable home record as they face Bayer Leverkusen.

Stuttgart have been the classic Jekyll and Hyde team this season. They have been hopeless on their travels since winning promotion back to the top flight, collecting just one point away from the Mercedes Benz Arena.

However, on home soil they have been terrific, collecting 16 points from an available 18. They beat Borussia Dortmund in their most recent home match, and they have only conceded two goals in six league games in front of their home support.

Bayer held Borussia Dortmund to a 1-1 draw last weekend, despite playing most of the match with ten men after Wendell was sent off. They have put together a nine-match unbeaten run, and striker Kevin Volland is in sparkling form, having scored in each of his last four games.

It's worth noting that Bayer have only won four of those nine games, and they have won just twice on their travels. There is no doubt that the Rhineland club is improving swiftly under new coach Heiko Herrlich, but their price of 2.186/5 to take the win seems a bit short.

Given Stuttgart's excellent home form, I'll use the Double Chance market to get the home win and the draw on our side.
