Football Bet of the Day: Staggies to draw blood in Scotland

Al Masry slipped to a surprise 0-2 home defeat to El Gounah in Egypt yesterday afternoon. The hosts took us down with them as their failure to score killed our BTTS bet.

We're a little closer to home today for tonight's Scottish Championship game between fifth-placed Greenock Morton and top-of-the-table Ross County. When these two met early in the season at Cappielow Park, Morton won 2-1 and we fancy there are more goals on the way this evening.

Since the start of the season, Morton have scored in 8/9 Championship games at Cappielow Park, including 4/4 hosting teams now above them in the 10-team league. At the other end, the Ton have managed just a single clean sheet themselves - against bottom-of-the-table Falkirk.

Much as you'd expect from league leaders, Ross County have scored in 8/9 away games. In defence, however, the Staggies have been less reliable. They've conceded at least once in 6/9, most recently drawing 3-3 at second-placed Ayr. We're backing them to both score and concede again tonight.
