Football Bet of the Day: Lyon to roar past Guingamp

Such is James Eastham's prowess on other side of the Channel, we don't often get a look in on Ligue 1. While his attention is elsewhere this weekend, we've seen something to like about Lyon's clash with Guingamp.

Going back into last season, Bruno Genesio's hosts have scored at least three times in 8/10 home games. One of the teams to stop them was champions Monaco and today's visitors are not in that class.

Guingamp have lost 13 of their last 19 on the road. Antoine Kombouare watched his side lose 6/8 at last season's top-eight finishers. In five of those losses, the margin of defeat was at least a couple of goals.

Genesio has guided Lyon to victory in 21/31 home games so far. His men, who finished fourth last term and are sitting fourth again now, should win this one with a degree of comfort.
