Football Bet of the Day: Black Drones on target in Finland

In Finland yesterday, a couple of first-half goals helped KuPS win 2-1 at VPS to land our goals bet. Today brings two more Veikkausliiga matches and our pick is the game at Lahden Stadium in Lahti.

Since 2014, both teams have scored in seven of RoPS's eight trips to Lahti and, at an odds-against price, that's our bet for today's encounter. This season, four of the Black Drones' first five home matches have ended in score draws.

RoPS finished second last season, but this term they are down in 10th having already played at least as many games (11) as anyone around them. However, setting aside a 0-3 defeat at table-topping Inter Turku, they have found the back of the net on 3/4 road trips. Going back into last term, the visitors have scored in 13/17 away from home. They are outsiders for today's clash but, having also scored on 7/8 trips to Lahti, we fancy they can at least trouble the scorers and land a BTTS punt.
