Football Bet of the Day: An epic tussle in Turkey

Champions Besiktas are odds-on favourites to beat city rivals Galatasaray, but their relatively poor defensive record on home turf and the visitors' good scoring form on the road makes us think the best bet is in the goals markets.

Senol Gunes' hosts have won their first two home games of the new campaign 3-1 and 4-1. Going back into last season, the Black Eagles have scored at least three times in 6/7 at home, with the same fraction delivering Over 3.5 Goals in total.

Jan Olde Riekering's visiting Lions have both scored and conceded in 6/6 road games since the Dutchman took charge. Three of those games smashed through the Over 3.5 Goals barrier and that's our hope for this one too.
