Will Lars Lagerback be smiling after Norway's match with Serbia?

Dan Fitch thinks that the attacking talents of Norway and Serbia are bound to shine, as he previews some of Thursday's Euro 2020 play-off matches.

"It’s something of a pity that these sides have been drawn to face each other, as they are arguably the two strongest teams involved in the play-offs."

Back Norway and Serbia to both score at 1/11.98

Belarus drew in Georgia last time out

Georgia will be pleased to have home advantage in this tie in this Euro 2020 play-off semi-final, as they have only lost one of their last 13 home games (W8 D4).

One of those draws came against Belarus and with Georgia drawing their last three games on home turf, this one could be heading for extra time. The draw can be backed at 11/53.2.

Swedes can give Russians a test

Russia 5/42.28 v Sweden 12/53.4; The Draw 11/53.2

Another game kicking off early on Thursday is the friendly between Russia and Sweden.

Since the start of 2019, only Belgium have beaten Russia (P10 W8 D0 L2), but they've mainly faced weak opposition. When this fixture was last contested at the inaugural Nations League, Sweden drew away and won at home. This is another occasion where backing the draw at 11/53.2 is sensible.

Narrow win for visitors

Bulgaria 14/53.8 v Hungary 5/42.28; The Draw 9/43.3

Hungary are expected to progress to the play-off final at the expense of Bulgaria. In the recent round of Nations League matches, they enjoyed a 1-0 win in Turkey and narrowly lost 3-2 to Russia.

Bulgaria have only won one of their last 16 matches (D6 L9). Each of their last three defeats have seen them lose 1-0 and you can back a Hungary win and under 2.5 goals at 3/14.0.

Romania can edge it

Iceland 13/82.68 v Romania 2/12.98: The Draw 11/53.2

Romania beat Austria 3-2 away from home in their last match and there's a strong argument that they should be the narrow favourites here.

Iceland are likely to try and keep things tight, in a low scoring match. With Romania boasting the more vibrant attack, backing them to edge it at 1/12.0 in the Draw No Bet market seems like a relatively safe wager.

Take chance on hosts in entertaining game

North Macedonia 6/42.54 v Kosovo 11/53.2; The Draw 11/53.2

There has been a lot of talk regarding Kosovo's rapid improvement over the past couple of years, but a run of five games without a win (D1 L4), sees them come into this match as underdogs.

North Macedonia have won each of their last three home games and its worth taking a chance on them winning and both teams scoring, at large odds of 5/16.0.

Two best teams face off

Norway 6/42.52 v Serbia 85/403.1; The Draw 12/53.4

It's something of a pity that these sides have been drawn to face each other, as they are arguably the two strongest teams involved in the play-offs.

This should be a tight one between two teams with a cutting edge. Both teams to score looks far too big at 1/11.98.
