Huddersfield have delivered a couple of times for the column already this term. Admittedly short prices on both occasions, but nine goals in four games took them to the summit on Tuesday night.
Joe Taylor has five goals already and it appears Martin Drury has built a good spirit in a team where so much was expected last term.
Their counter-attack is pretty swift and was too much for the pass-heavy Oxford on Tuesday night and backing the hosts here with Over 2.5 Goals appeals as an angle to explore as Notts County have scored in every game thus far, including two at Luton and one at Donny in midweek.
KEY OPTA STAT: Notts County have won just two of their 14 away league games against Huddersfield Town (D3 L9), each coming via 2-1 scorelines in April 1985 and November 1989.

Sheffield Wednesday's only League One blip thus far was the 0-1 home loss to Bradford - a game where they had plenty of the ball but failed to convert.
I cannot see too many teams keeping out the Owls, and certainly not Peterborough despite their 0-0 on Tuesday night at home to Stevenage.
Luke Williams was left to rue Harry Leonard's missed chances, but the pass, pass, pass style with no goal at the end is a worrying sign. Of course, early days and all that.
Wednesday gained a big win at Wycombe, although it came at a cost with in-form striker Louie Barry now ruled out for up to three months with an ankle injury.
The Owls could bring the excitement you feel, and while it's a different test this weekend the overhaul at Hillsborough from last season's troubles is in full swing.
KEY OPTA STAT: Peterborough have failed to win any of their last nine home league games against sides who were relegated the season prior (D3 L6), since a 1-0 success against Derby in March 2023.

Stevenage are going through a slow start to their campaign. It's four without a win and a collection of three draws at 0-0, 1-1 and 2-2.
So often Alex Revell's team are difficult to play against, physically certainly, and a back four that is hard to break down.
Barnsley's three-goal blast had looked something of an outlier at Leyton Orient, as they struggled in three matches prior, but another goal burst in midweek earned a surprising win against form side Blackpool and they also scored three in the cup
As one wag said on 'X', League One at the moment is full of crazy games.
I don't see much in this however, and Barnsley will have most of the ball like they did on Wednesday evening (60%) and will try to break down a rugged Stevenage. Whether they can do it again, we are taking the 23/103.30 to find out.
KEY OPTA STAT: Stevenage are unbeaten across their last six league games against sides from Yorkshire (W3 D3), beating Barnsley 1-0 back in April during that run.

Another poor display from Shrewsbury earlier in the week means the sole success against Salford is increasingly looking like a fluke.
Losing 3-0 to Rochdale is not a glowing reference and for one of the lowest-scoring sides in League Two last term, it's deja vu again this time around and they've shipped 13 in all games with just three scored.
One of those was the 4-0 loss to Fleetwood in the Carabao Cup, which doesn't exactly bode well for facing the same team a week or so later.
Plus the Shrews, since the start of last season, have lost more away games in League Two than any other side (17), including both so far this season.
KEY OPTA STAT: Fleetwood Town are unbeaten in eight league games (W2 D6), last going longer without defeat from January to September 2020 (13).

Okay, we've got a short price here for the BTTS at 8/131.61 but it's hard to ignore the Bees and their goal powers at the moment.
All four League Two matches with Barnet have hit the Over 2.5 Goals and BTTS although they were expected to beat both Cheltenham and Exeter in their last two according to the betting anyway.
Barnet's ongoing 13-game unbeaten run in League Two is their longest ever in the Football League (W9 D4) might be too hot for Chesterfield who failed to live up to market expectations again in midweek with a 1-1 against Gillingham despite 10 shots on target.
Brennan admitted his team didn't get their slick passing game going, but they did have a goal (again) ruled out, but rather than take the away win, I'll go sensible here.
KEY OPTA STAT: Barnet have lost four of their last five away Football League games against Chesterfield (W1), never scoring more than once across these five matches.

Click here for more Tranmere v Oldham Match Odds
Having endeared myself to the Tranmere fans by predicting relegation, that call is looking on shaky ground at the moment as Rovers to their credit are unbeaten.
It's three draws on the spin for Darrell Clarke although three goals and a red card came in the final six minutes in midweek in a 2-2 with Rotherham. The signs however are better.
Tranmere have lost just one of their last seven home league games against Oldham (W3 D3), though that defeat came in the most recent such game and the Latics have enjoyed a very solid start to the season with two home wins.
Tuesday's 1-1 at Fleetwood saw them looking a little jaded, which is perplexing for just the fifth game of the campaign and with them sure to play on the counter here I am not really convinced about backing them to win, and the draw at 12/53.40 comes into play.
KEY OPTA STAT: Oldham Athletic won both league games against Tranmere last season (3-1 both times); they last won three in a row against them between February 2007 and September 2008 (4 wins).
