Carlos Corberán has helped West Brom turn the Hawthorns into a fortress

It's 3pm Championship action for Paul Robinson today, with this Daily Acca coming in at around the [4/1] mark.

  • Coventry to keep the heat on the top six

  • Cleverley to suffer his first managerial loss

  • Stoke to make it four wins from six

Leg 1 Coventry (90mins) @ 2/51.40 (15:00)

The Sky Blues made it four wins on the bounce by beating Huddersfield on Good Friday, and they are now in seventh place - four points behind Norwich with a game in hand.

Today they welcome a Cardiff side that are safely berthed in mid-table, and they have also lost their last two games. Both Swansea and Cardiff beat them 2-0, and only four other Championship clubs have lost more away matches this season.

Mark Robins' hosts have only been beaten twice at the CBS Arena this term, and they thumped Rotherham 5-0 most recently.

Leg 2 West Brom (90mins) @ 4/51.80 (15:00)

Tom Cleverley is unbeaten in his two matches in charge of Watford, including a 2-2 draw with Leeds last week, but that was at home, and they have to travel to the Hawthorns today.

The Baggies are currently on a seven game undefeated streak, and while they are seven points clear of Coventry in seventh, there is still enough mileage in the campaign for things to go wrong.

A total of 13 of their 19 in front of their own fans have ended in victory this season, and their home record since Carlos Corberán joined the club in October 2022 has been excellent.

Leg 3 Stoke (90mins) @ 1/12.00 (15:00)

Stoke aren't safe from relegation yet, but this afternoon is a great opportunity for them to give themselves some breathing room, as they host the third from bottom, Huddersfield.

The Terriers are currently five without a win, and they were beaten 1-3 at home by Coventry on Friday. It's also just one win from their last 10 on the road.

The selection won at Hull on Friday, and while they haven't been firing on all cylinders this year, they have now won three of their last five - with the defeats coming against Leeds and Norwich.
