Reading v Arsenal carnage on the Exchange! Did you Cash Out?

Ahead of the Capital One Cup tie at the Madejski Stadium, a number of canny punters backed Over 7.5 Goals at a juicy 85.084/1, but it was in-play where the fun really happened.

As Reading stormed into a 4-0 lead, a number of Arsenal fans left the ground - probably not to back their side to qualify at 34.033/1.

But pre-match backers of Reading at 3.953/1 would have been able to Cash Out to lock in a profit, with the Royals into 1.051/20.

The draw was then matched at 95.094/1 before Theo Walcott crucially pulled one back on the stroke of half-time. Reading backers will have had their finger on the 'Cash Out' button after Olivier Giroud further reduced the arrears just after the hour mark, but a draw remained unlikely as the game remained at 4-2 with one minute remaining.

But Laurent Koscielny then made it 4-3 in the 89th minute and the unbelievable comeback was completed as Walcott scored his second in the 96th minute, sparking angry scenes on the Reading bench upset that the referee played on for two minutes longer than the allocated four minutes of injury time.

Extra-time didn't mark the end of the huge matched prices. 'Any unquoted' Correct Score (any score featuring three goals to one side ormore) in ET was matched at 400.0399/1.

Arsenal now trade at 4.94/1 to win the Capital One Cup - having been matched at 100.099/1 during last night's game (with small amounts traded at 720.0719/1).
