Man United v Man City - Saturday 12:30, Live on TNT Sport

What an amazing game to have as your first in charge for Michael Carrick. I've been really impressed with Man City. I do think Man United will get chances, but so will Man City and I think they'll have too much for Man United, so I'll go for an away win.

It'll be an unbelievable atmosphere and it'll be tough. I don't think there'll be many goals. It'll be tight but I do think City will have too much going forward.

Ahead of the big game of the weekend I've come up with my Manchester United v Manchester City combined XI if both squads were fully fit:

Alan's Prediction: Man City Win

Chelsea v Brentford - Saturday 15:00

Brentford have had an unbelievable season so far. No one could've predicted that. If someone had said before a ball was kicked that, come the end of January, Brentford will be fifth in the Premier League, they'd have been called mad.

Brentford have impressed us all. Particularly after what they lost in terms of players and manager. They'll make it difficult but with Chelsea being at home and the first league match for Liam Rosenior, I think they'll have too much for Brentford, so I am going for a home win.

Chelsea can still get into the top four; they'll make a right good go of it. Obviously, they're up against top opposition in Aston Villa who look brilliant, but I think they're in a good position to push for that fourth spot.

Alan's Prediction: Chelsea Win

Leeds v Fulham - Saturday 15:00

This is a tough one to call. I was really impressed with Leeds against Newcastle. Being back at Elland Road, I don't think they'll have been affected by that result, and they'll have too much for Fulham. Home win.

Calvert-Lewin has been excellent and has to be thinking about the World Cup in June. He has to make it difficult for Thomas Tuchel to leave him out and if he keeps scoring week after week then it keeps sending a message out and that's what he has to do. It was highly unlikely anyone would've spoken about him six months ago but it's hard not to talk about him in this way now.

If he wants to be in the World Cup squad, which he will, he has to keep doing what he's been doing.

Alan's Prediction: Leeds Win

Liverpool v Burnley - Saturday 15:00

It should be straightforward win for Liverpool albeit they made things difficult in the FA Cup on Monday. I can't see anything other than a home win for Liverpool. It'll be really tough for Burnley. Home win.

We've spoken about Ekitike all season. He's been the shining light at Liverpool. Wirtz missed an absolute sitter didn't he against Barnsley but then scored a great goal. There's really encouraging signs with what those two are giving now.

Alan's Prediction: Liverpool Win

Sunderland v Crystal Palace - Saturday 15:00

Crystal Palace will be hurt after embarrassing themselves in the FA Cup last week. For the FA Cup holders to go out like that was unbelievable. It shows that if you go into a game without the right attitude you'll get punished at any level.

Have they now got enough to go to Sunderland, who haven't been beaten at home yet? That's how tough it'll be for them. I'll go for a draw.

Crystal Palace still have some really good, technical players like Guehi, Wharton and Mateta is a good spine with Henderson in goal. However, I don't think the Marc Guehi situation, reading about his future every week helps. That still shouldn't affect the results they aren't getting though.

Alan's Prediction: Draw

Tottenham v West Ham - Saturday 15:00

I fear for whichever manager loses this game. Particularly if they lose in an unpleasant manner. It's tough to call. Spurs have been really poor at home, but West Ham don't fill me with any confidence either. I'll go for a must-win home victory for Spurs.

If West Ham get beaten against Spurs, I think they're done. The one thing working in their favour is that it's away from home, against one of their London rivals and they know how much pressure Spurs are under. That could work in West Ham's favour but I still think the home side will have enough.

Alan's Prediction: Tottenham Win

Nottm Forest v Arsenal - Saturday 17:30, Live on Sky Sports

I don't think it will be routine win for Arsenal because I think Forest will make it really difficult. I think they'll sit deep and frustrate. We saw against City what they can do when they're like that, Forest can be tough. But I do think Arsenal will have too much with set-pieces and general play. Away win.

Alan's Prediction: Arsenal Win

Wolves v Newcastle - Sunday 14:00, Live on Sky Sports

Wolves have found a bit of form, and I guess Newcastle are going there at the wrong time. When you look at Newcastle's away record, I think it's really difficult to predict. Newcastle were beaten in midweek and do have players out defensively. However, I'll go for an away win but I'm not saying that with any huge confidence.

The FA Cup and getting into the top four has to be the aim for Newcastle now. They've had a good run and played good football but have conceded some sloppy goals. They have to go to Wolves and kick on now. They have to get the three points.

Alan's Prediction: Newcastle Win

Aston Villa v Everton - Sunday 16:30, Live on Sky Sports

Sometimes you're not sure what you'll get with Everton. I think Aston Villa will have too much at home. I was really impressed with them last week in the FA Cup. They have some good options now in the squad, so I'll go home win.

Everton need a goal scoring, that's where they'll look to improve. They've got the two options in Barry and Beto, but they won't get the number of goals that's needed.

Alan's Prediction: Aston Villa

Brighton v Bournemouth - Monday 20:00, Live on Sky Sports

This will be Bournemouth's first game without Semenyo. What a way for him to go out and score the goal he did. This game is a really tough one to call so I will sit on the fence in this one and I'll go for a draw.

Alan's Prediction: Draw
