"Sir Harry Ormesher is a headstrong and edgy sort who made a successful debut over fences at Exeter (two-and-a-quarter miles) last term (Pasco two lengths back in third) before injury curtailed his campaign a month later. He is not sure to want this far."
Duc de Regniere looks the likely winner, the rest having questions to answer regarding the trip and/or their wellbeing. Battlecry is by far the classiest of the four and would be a big danger if his trainer has him back to anywhere like his best.
Pasco took well to chasing in 2008/9, winning twice in good style before finishing mid-field in handicaps at the Cheltenham and Aintree Festivals. He has to give weight all-round on this return and is upped to two and a half miles.

Battlecry was a classy staying novice in 2007/8 but failed to go on as expected, often looking a horse with problems. He is dropped markedly in trip and class on this latest comeback and a leap of faith is required to back him.
Duc de Regniere's limitations were exposed against the best over hurdles last season, but he has always looked capable of better over fences (won two-and-a-half-mile chase at Lingfield in 2008), and he is the safest option.
