'Horses In Focus' Into The Light and Heyzoom have both had the form of their latest run boosted and look ahead of their marks. There's a slight doubt about the latter's stamina for 1½m so that tips the vote the way of Godolphin's charge, who is already proven at the trip.
A winner at Lingfield on debut, the Dubawi colt has been a runner-up on both starts since but has done very little wrong, and a 5 lb rise for his recent effort at Sandown looks manageable given the winner has since landed the typically-strong London Gold Cup at Newbury. To boot, the third and fourth have also triumphed since.
The first foal of a mare who won over as far as 15.5 furlongs, he's fancied to improve again now back up in trip and see off Tierra Del Toro, another who caught the eye of the Timeform race reporters last time out.

Earth Shot's Goodwood listed form received a boost when the winner ran a cracker in Group 1 company in France over the weekend and Wathnan Racing's new purchase might be worth siding with to get the better of Legacy Link, who sets the bar high on her Oaks second but this comes only 13 days after that big effort.
The William Haggas-trained filly has something to find on Timeform's weight-adjusted ratings but crucially has the 'small p' attached to her rating which denotes that improvement is expected on just her fourth career start.
With her yard in good form, and the ground/step up in trip to suit, she's fancied to give Haggas a first win in the race since Mont Etoile's 2006 success.

As is usually the case, this looks a contender for the strongest handicap of the season with a plethora of developing three-year-olds on show; indeed, six of the field have the Timeform 'Horse In Focus' flag.
Top on Timeform's weight-adjusted ratings, We're Goosers isn't one of those, but nonetheless he is selected to make it three wins from his last four starts having hammered Just A Girl (who has since run well in defeat at Carlisle) under Oisin Murphy at Newmarket last month.
With Murphy on top once more, the Starman colt has his own rise in the weights to contend with, but he won with such authority last time, and both his run style and pedigree suggest that this return to a mile will suit him down to the ground.

Timeform's Day 3 Royal Ascot double
Back Into The Light (15:05 Royal Ascot) and We're Goosers (16:50 Royal Ascot) in an each-way double
Betfair is offering Bet £10 Get £10 on Multis, and the multi that makes the most appeal is an each-way double consisting of the Into The Light and We're Goosers.
Both handicappers have had their recent wins franked by those in behind and look to hold very solid claims in two very competitive races.
