15 entries have been made for the Racing Plus Chase.

Planet of Sound heads the weights for the Racing Plus Chase at Kempton on February 25...

The Philip Hobbs-trained 10-year-old, rated 159 by Timeform and allotted 11-6, was last seen finishing an excellent second to Carruthers in the Hennessy Gold Cup in November, which was also his first run since undergoing a breathing operation.

Hobbs, who has won the Racing Plus Chase four times, is likely to use this contest as a stepping stone to the Grand National in March.

The 15 entries also include Nacarat (11-2), who has an excellent record in the race having won in 2009, finished second in 2010 and third 12 months ago.

Evan Williams could be represented by Deep Purple (11-2), also a Grand National hopeful, whilst Paul Nicholls could saddle both Royal Charm (10-7) and Michel le Bon (10-6).

Colin Tizzard may also be double-handed with Mount Oscar (10-2) and recent Haydock winner Cannington Brook (10-2), whilst the Ted Walsh-trained Seabass (10-11) looks set to be the sole Irish representative.

The field is completed by Fiendish Flame (10-12), Hector's Choice (10-10), Consigliere (10-9), Sarando (10-7), Fruity O'Rooney (10-2), Billie Magern (10-1) and Soixante (8-10).
