The San Franciso 49ers are 3/4 to beat the Kansas City Chiefs 11/102.11 in Sunday's Super Bowl but there are far more ways of betting on the game than just sticking to the result.

The best team in the NFL against the Super Bowl's defending champions is one hell of a match-up and it should make for a stunning spectacle at the Allegiant Stadium in Nevada.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce Super Bowl betting

There is so much intrigue going into Super Bowl LVIII and it is not confined to what will happen in the four quarters of gridiron.

For example, there is the American megastar couple of the moment to consider.

Taylor Swift swept the board at last Sunday's Grammys and this Sunday her beau Travis Kelce is bidding to help the Chiefs win their second consecutive Super Bowl. If they do that then this will be the Chiefs' era, for sure.

Kelce is 15/28.50 to propose to Swift at the Super Bowl. Does that sound far-fetched? Ok, then perhaps consider the possibilty of the MVP mentioning the singer in his speech. If you can see that happening then you can back it at 5/16.00.

Not even Swift can compete with God when it comes to who is most likely to be mentioned first in the MVP's speech. The aforementioned almighty is 4/61.67 to be thanks, praised, otherwise hailed.

Mind you, going back to Taylor, could Chiefs head coach Andy Reid give her a shoutout to Taylor in his podium interview? It's 9/25.50.

Who gets gatorade and what colour will it be?

The winning coach getting soaked in Gatorade come the final whistle is one of the great Super Bowl traditions. This is the one time that it is safe to throw a big drink all over an even bigger American football man and players are always delighted to do it.

Whether it is Reid or, more likely according to the Betfair match odds, the Niners' Kyle Shanahan, the winning head coach won't mind getting wet.

But what colour will the Gatorade bet? Orange is 12/53.40 and you can get 7/24.50 on yellow/lime/green.

This is just a sample of the many Super Bowl props bets on Betfair. We will have more in-depth betting previews with tips for the big game later this week.
