Gorgeous Mr George had to wait nearly a year for any joy (a bit like England's quick bowlers) when he scored over course and distance last week and he could be worth supporting to follow up.
The four-year-old has only ever won at today's venue, four times in fact, and he was a snug winner under Taryn Langley who produced the selection with perfect timing to beat Kalamunda.
A switch to a faster surface was the key to the four-year-old's resurgence and, although he must shoulder a penalty here, he could well make a bold bid to record course win number five in a similar contest.

The prospect of a thundery shower in the morning won't concern connections of Black Endeavour.
A solid performance on easy ground at Town Moor on his latest start confirmed that some cut in the ground is ideal for the Supremacy gelding who also acquitted himself well at Yarmouth last September when able to get his toe in.
Fairly lightly-raced this term, Black Endeavour doesn't boast the unexposed profile of the likes of Lamlash Bay and Pennine Way, both of whom could easily attract support in a weak affair, but he is proven at the track and this race looks set up for him to run well again.

Five months off the track clearly did Phantom Watch no harm on the July Course recently and, providing Hugo Palmer's gelding is over those exertions, then he could be tough to beat.
The son of Mohaather shed his maiden tag in style in the hands of Danny Tudhope who made relentless headway from the two furlong marker before bursting clear to score with any amount in hand.
Unsurprisingly, the selection recorded the best finishing percentage of the race as well as a sparkling speed figure to endorse the performance and a reproduction of that level would ensure he is a tough horse to deny just seven days later.
