Opening mark of 120 is "nice enough"
-
Two and a half miles should be ideal
At well over 17 hands he must be the biggest horse in the yard and he has plenty of talent too, winning both his bumpers last season.
He then made a pleasing winning debut over hurdles over two and a half miles at Aintree in October and probably wasn't helped by dropping back in trip to barely two miles on drier ground at Ascot a month later.
This distance of almost two and a half miles should be ideal for Inthewaterside who looks on a nice enough opening mark of 120.
