Native Tongue made a winning debut on the all-weather track here in July and looked better than ever when finishing runner-up over course and distance last time. A repeat of that performance will see him hard to beat. Purple Panther is the danger.

#3 Arrabiata - Greyville R8 (14:20 GMT)

Arrabiata is holding her form well of late, scoring over slightly further at this course and then finishing third on the all-weather here last time. The return to this shorter trip will be in her favour and she looks the one to beat. Flashy Kaitrina seemingly poses the biggest danger.

#11 Naoshima - Greyville R9 (14:53 GMT)

Naoshima proved at least as good as ever when winning a handicap over this trip on the all-weather track here last time and is fancied to follow up back on turf. Whizz Of Odds could provide the sternest threat.
