Southwell Nap - 14:40 - Back Telepathique

Telepathique showed fairly useful form in bumpers, opening her account at Wincanton in February, and she also made a promising start over hurdles when finishing runner-up at Newbury earlier this month.

She started at 50/1 that day, but it is a race which has a habit of throwing up nice types and, though she was no match for the winner, she beat the remainder comfortably. There is improvement to come now and she sets a high standard in this field.

Southwell Next Best - 15:10 - Back Ring of Beara

Ring of Beara is a fair performer on the Flat and has hit the frame in all but one of his six starts over hurdles.

He seemed to have his stamina stretched in heavy ground at Kelso on his return to this sphere last month, shaping much better than the bare result. This race doesn't look as deep and, now back on better ground, he may be worth another chance.
