Risky Mandate should go close in this interesting $62.5k optional claimer on the main track.

This filly finished third to Indian Pride in a restricted Stakes race over this course last month. She made a strong four wide move on the home turn, and ran on well without troubling the winner. She has some decent form in the book over sprint distances, including a third place in the Grade 2 Prioress last year. I think the stretch out to nine furlongs will suit, and should be forwardly placed throughout. Her work tab is strong, and put in a bullet work at the end of last month. At present she is trading at 2.526/4 but recommend backing her at BSP.

Newly Minted is my idea of the winner of this State bred Stakes race on the main track.

This filly finished second the last twice against similar in the spring. On her latest start at Aqueduct she was defeated at odds-on when looking in control in the straight. Although she has won over further, the seven furlong trip appears to be the optimum distance for this daughter of Central Banker. She has a little to find with favourite Ratajkowski, but runs best when fresh and am expecting an improved effort. I recommend backing her at BSP.
