Timeform's Andrew Asquith highlights a Nap, Next Best and Each-Way selection at Kempton on Friday.
NAP
Nolton Cross - 19:15 Kempton
Nolton Cross caught the eye on his return from seven weeks off and a gelding operation when runner-up at Southwell three weeks ago, going like the best horse at the weights but given too much to do in what turned into a messy race. He finished his race of best of all, though, and he remains a horse to be interested in from this sort of mark, given he is a nice sort physically who should have even more to offer.
NEXT BEST
Noble Order - 19:45 Kempton
Noble Order showed plenty of ability on his first two starts, finding just one rival too strong on each occasion, and he took another step forward when going one place better on his final start over this course and distance in January. He was much too strong for his rivals that day, relishing the step up to a mile and looking potentially smart. Noble Order has undergone a gelding and breathing operation since last seen and remains with plenty of potential. He could make a mockery of his opening mark of 86.
