Host Gary O'Brien was joined by Kevin Blake & Betfair's Barry Orr & Alan Conway on the Racing Only...Bettor Podcast to discuss another high-class weekend of racing...

Saturday Haydock

14:05 - Dick Hern Stakes

Alan: "Tomorrow's Dream travelled well at Goodwood over distance, looked well on top and can follow up here. Verarious has been off a long time, is the class in the race but you must wonder how tuned she will be first time up."

Barry: "Tomorrow's Dream is a good tough filly and is worth a punt at the prices."

Kevin: "Veracious is one to oppose. She is coming back after a long break and may need the run. She has been off a long time, is the class in the race but you must wonder how tuned she will be first time up."

14:40 - Rose of Lancaster Stakes

Alan: "Global Giant. It's hard to look past the favourite. A lot of the runners in the field have disappointed including the likes of Fox Tal. He beat Extra Elusive last time and can go in again."

Barry: "If the ground comes up firm Zaaki could put it up to the favourite."

Kevin: "I suspect Global Giant will take a lot of beating here before going onto better things."

Saturday Newmarket

15:20 - Sweet Solera Stakes

Alan: "Danilova. Beautiful breeding improved from her first start to win 2nd time out and can take this step up in trip in her stride. She is backing up fairly quickly so connections must be happy with her."

Kevin: "Fly Miss Helen was very impressive first time out. She should stay a 1m and I expect her to win."

Saturday Ascot

14:25 - Dubai Duty Free Handicap

Barry: "Ejtilaab. Thought he was big at the prices. The top ones in the market all have similar levels of form and haven't been winning many races and this could go to an improver. He was 3rd over C&D last time out."

Kevin: "Kasbaan is the one for me. He's shaped well on turf this season and is worth a bet at the prices."

Alan: "Wild Hope is one for me at a price. He won last time out and can give a good account here."

15:00 - Dubai Duty Free Millennium Millionaire Handicap

Alan: "The question will be can Australis transfer his AW form to turf. His breeding suggests that he could. Red Force One for Betfair Ambassador Paul Nicholls is a leading contender too. At a price Holy Kingdom could be the one, He's won 2 out of the last 3. He's taking a step up in trip here but could be one to go well."

Barry: "Red Force One is the one for me for Betfair Ambassdor Paul Nicholls."

Kevin: "Eddystone Rock has dropped in the weighs and he ran well enough at Royal Ascot. The trip will also suit him well."

15:35 - Thames Hospice Handicap

Alan: "Look Closely and Jeremiah. Both have progressive profiles and have won over C&D."

Barry: "Fox Vardy ran well last time out and at the prices represents value."

Kevin: "I'll have to agree with Barry & go with Fox Vardy."

Sunday Curragh

15:10 - Phoenix Stakes

Alan: "Steel Bull new connections has the form in the book. Running back quick might be a concern. Lucky Vega was backed heavily at the Curragh and is my fancy here."

Barry: "This is a cracking race and I'll be sticking with Law of Indices."

Kevin: "Ventura Tormenta has to take another step forward here but I feel that he can. I'm surprised Steel Bull is as short as he is."

Sunday Deauville

Prix Maurice de Gheest

Alan: "What a race if they all turn up. Earthlight is a proper, proper horse and probably doesn't get the recognition he deserves. Witcha has become a shade disappointing since his run in the 2000 Guineas."

Barry: "Space Blues is the one I like. For me he has been one of the horses of the season."

Kevin: "I'm very fond of this race. It's great to see Earthlight back and he can win here."
