Two Extra Place Specials at Sedgefield

Theirshegoes supported this morning on Sportsbook

Trainer with 15% record in the north east
Sedgefield are due some rain on Wednesday so the good ground has a possibility of easing and for the 2m4f Handicap Hurdle at 15:30, a big field could see this turn into more of a test than anticipated and Theirshegoes is worth following with that in mind, especially at 9/110.00 as an Extra Place Special with four places on the Sportsbook.
She has dipped her toes into a couple of handicaps at Newcastle (2m5f) and Perth (3m), and the better effort was in Scotland with good to soft ground.
Sandy Thomson's mare went through the race with an eyecatching style - and hit 3.211/5 in-running from a BSP of 26.025/1.
Last time out at Newcastle she once again travelled well hitting 2/13.00 in-play from 20/121.00 but appeared not stay, but on the Perth run, I wouldn't rule her out over 2m5f and possibly a sharp 3m again.
Lightly-raced with just five starts over hurdles, a break of 148 days could do the trick.
The 16:40 over 2m is likely to be run at a good pace with not only the size of the field, but also confirmed prominent racers Ambassador, Leopolds Rock and Shining Moon in the line-up.
Frisco Queen is another likely to be up with the speed posse and she hinted at her first bit of ability for trainer Danny Brooke recently having joined from Ireland and Shane Crawley.
Her second came last month at Southwell, well backed too, and it was a good return considering she had been off for 476 days.
She races from the same mark of 93 again today, and while this is quite an open race with chances given to a few, having the extra place with four to play with each-way hopefully can get her in the frame.
Trainer Danny Brooke does well at Sedgefield and has a 15% strike-rate from his 35 runners at the course.
