Stjarnan v Hafnarfjordur

In Spain last night, Villarreal beat Alaves 4-1 to land our BTTS bet and give us a third straight winner. We're headed north now for one of tonight's three top-flight games in Iceland.

Since Eidur Gudjohnsen took charge of Hafnarfjordur earlier this season, they have surged up the Urvalsdeild table from eighth to second. They've won 8/11 matches, including 3/3 on the road. Tonight they face fifth-placed Stjarnan and, with the visitors winning this fixture in each of the last two seasons, we fancy they can make it a hat-trick of successes.

Runar Sigmundsson's Stjarnan are W2-D3-L1 at Stjornuvollur this season. The sequence of those results is interesting: having won the first two, the hosts drew the next three and, last time out, were thrashed 1-5 by league leaders Valur. They are yet to keep a clean sheet there and, with today's visitors scoring nine goals across their last three away games, we fancy the home side could be outgunned.

With due respect for the fact the hosts have managed a few draws here recently, we'll back Hafnarfjordur 0 & -0.5 on the Asian Handicap, which means if this game ends all-square we'll get half our stake back.
