Rotherham v Blackburn
Saturday 1 May, 15:00 BST kick-off
The end now looks in sight for Rotherham who will be rightly exhausted as they finish a brutal month with their 10th game in April being this fixture against Blackburn.
The Millers could have their relegation confirmed this weekend should results go against them, and it was always going to be a tough task after coronavirus postponements meant they had to play catch-up this month.
Seven defeats, including the last five in a row, in their nine games so far in April haved moved them to the brink - even though they've been competitive they've just not been able to get over the line.
They've lost five 1-0s and a 2-1 showing how thin the line between success and failure can be in the Championship.
Blackburn would be on the beach, if they were allowed, with nothing much to play for, but they're playing loose if their 5-2 win over Huddersfield is anything to go by.
The need is greater for Rotherham, but they just don't seem to have the legs to be able to make it count.
Rovers aren't exactly away day specialsts either with just one win in nine on the road, but as 2.757/4 outsiders here I'd be happy to back them for three points here.
For a safer play, though, take Blackburn to score first at 2.111/10 as they'll be flying high after their goalfest last time out.
Rotherham also have a knack of going behind at home - as it's something they've done in eight of their last nine games on home soil. They've also conceded first at home a league-high 15 times this season.
Those are the kind of stats we can fully get behind.
