Belgians looking to complete upset
Belgian side Royale Union Saint-Gilloise sprung a big surprise with a 1-1 draw in Germany last week, meaning they have home advantage as they look to finish off the job against Bayer Leverkusen.
Karel Geraerts says his side will need the same type of performance in the second leg to reach the Europa League semi-finals.
Leverkusen are still odds-on to get through but the hosts haven't lost in nine games and have won 12 of their last 13 home games at the Joseph Marien Stadium.
Leverkusen are in a good run themselves, with Xabi Alonso's outfit going 11 games unbeaten - including a win over Monaco in this competition as Bayer progressed despite losing the first leg at home for the first time in the Europa League.
So that's a good omen as the Bundesliga side look to show who the big guns are here by making the final four.
Back Wirtz and Diaby to lead the way
Union have been banging the goals in at home, scoring 30 in their past 13 fixtures, but Bayer have been explosive on their travels in European competition with eight goals in their last three away games.
And young Florian Wirtz is usually at the heart of a lot of the attacking from Bayer, especially in this competition where he's impressed since his return from injury.
Wirtz scored in the first leg and has a goal or assist in four of the last five Europa League games he's played in and can be backed at 11/10 to have a hand in a goal on Thursday night.
13-goal forward Moussa Diaby is Wirtz's partner in crime and we'll take him here for 2+ shots on target at 17/10 - as he managed in his last Europa League away game.
Diaby has been pretty consistent with his shots on target in Europe this season, managing multiple efforts twice in the Europa League and in four of six Champions League games.
