It's not exactly a quality contest in the Bundesliga on Friday night but it is a crucial one as bottom side Mainz visit Borussia Monchengladbach.

Gladbach finally got their first win of the season at the sixth time of asking last time out at fellow strugglers Bochum, while winless Mainz are rock-bottom with just a point to their name.

Mainz have scored just twice and conceded 10 in their three defeats on the road, but Gladbach's home record is just as bad with one scored and six conceded in their three losses.

In their defence, Gladbach have faced Bayern, Leverkusen and RB Leipzig in a tough home start so they'll be confident of winning as 11/102.11 home favourites against the worst team in the league.
