Manchester City v Newcastle
Scoreline Prediction 3-0
Manchester City helped us land a 14/1 winner last week, simply because they can't stop conceding goals. But I have a gut feel that aspect of their game will change this weekend when toothless Newcastle come to town.
The Magpies are on a poor run of form, winning just one of their last seven in the Premier League and scoring just three goals in the process. Their morale won't have been helped by last week's League Cup final defeat either.
So I expect City - who are very close to being back to their best - to win this game quite easily, and I'm confident that, for just the second time in nine league games, they can win without conceding.
Arsenal v Bournemouth
Scoreline Prediction 4-0
Arsenal are firmly back in the groove after back-to-back league wins without conceding, scoring four against Everton in midweek. The Cherries conceded four last weekend to the Gunners' title rivals and a similar scoreline might just be on the cards here.
Aston Villa v Crystal Palace
Scoreline Prediction 2-0
I feel like I'm on repeat when talking about Crystal Palace. They again performed well last weekend but failed to win, drawing 0-0 with Liverpool. The worry for Palace fans is that they're now eight games without a win and they're slowly being dragged into the relegation picture.
I can't seem to get Aston Villa right this season. I look at their team and I don't see any superstars, yet they're performing well and winning games, with Ollie Watkins in great form at present. That could just be the difference here.
Brighton v West Ham
Scoreline Prediction 2-0
After scoring a plethora of goals to start the new year Brighton have fallen back into their old habits of late, dominating games, creating loads of chances, but struggling to find the back of the net.
They've scored just once in each of their last four games, with arguably five league points dropped because of their wastefulness in front of goal.
I also keep saying that West Ham are improving, but it's a stop-start run they're having at the moment with two wins, two draws and a defeat in their last five league games. I believe that the Seagulls are a better side, and if they're sharper in front of goal then they should win on Saturday.
Chelsea v Leeds
Scoreline Prediction 2-0
This game will tell us if the Chelsea players are fully behind Graham Potter or not, because if they're not treating this game as the biggest of the season then there's something wrong.
Put bluntly, I'd be amazed if Potter can survive another defeat, and he and his players will know that, so they simply have to perform. They're at home to a Leeds team that have won just once in 11 league games - a 1-0 win at home to the worst team in the Premier League last week!
And it's not as if Chelsea have been playing dreadfully of late, they're creating chances galore but just struggling to score. Surely this game will see an end to their goal drought and their winless run.
Wolves v Tottenham
Scoreline Prediction 0-2
It's no wins in three now for Wolves, with just one goal scored, and you have to wonder if the 'new manager bounce' is starting to wear off. Tottenham will arrrive at Molineux on the back of two league wins without conceding, though away from home they've lost their last three in all competitions.
Spurs should be the fresher side here after resting a few big names in midweek, while Wolves fielded a full strength XI at Liverpool. I don't think we're in for a classic and I have a feeling the first goal will be crucial. Spurs to win for me.
Southampton v Leicester
Scoreline Prediction 2-2
Whenever Leicester play you just simply have to favour goals, and this is a game where you can definitely see the net bulging at both ends. The Saints are desperate for points, while on their day the Foxes still excite me, especially James Maddison.
We should be set for an exciting encounter here, though I just can't call the outcome because of how incosistent Leicester can be.
Nottingham Forest v Everton
Scoreline Prediction 0-1
What a match this promises to be... in terms of importance that is because I'm not expecting goals galore here.
A win for Forest will give them breathing space between themselves and the teams below them. A defeat however will mean that they'll be just one point above Everton, who start the weekend in the relegation zone.
Sean Dyche was furious after his side's 4-0 defeat to Arsenal in midweek and he stressed the importance of playing with a home team mentality when on the road. If his players have taken his advice on board then they might just nick this.
Liverpool v Man United
Scoreline Prediction 3-1
Manchester United are in brilliant form, there's no denying that, but I'm going to play the contrarian here by saying despite their form, I don't see many of their players performing brilliantly.
The trio of exceptions of course are Marcus Rashford, Bruno Fernandes and Casemiro, and I just wonder that if one or two of those stars have an off-day, then so to will United.
They've had a massive few weeks; the two-legged tie against Barcelona, the League Cup final, and their come-from-behind win - when they had to introduce Rashford incidentally - against West Ham in midweek, and I have a feeling that a flat performance is just around the corner.
Despite Liverpool's very average season they haven't lost a league game at Anfield since October, and they haven't conceded a goal in each of their last three on home soil in the league.
The Reds have an excellent recent record against United, losing just one of their last nine league meetings, and I'm backing them to again come out on top in this Premier League heavyweights clash.
Brentford v Fulham
Scoreline Prediction 2-1
Fair play to both of these teams. You'd have gotten long odds at the start of the season that with two thirds of the season gone they'd both be in the hunt for top six finish.
This West London derby promises to be a great game and the atmosphere should be very special, and that might just be the difference for Brentford who will move to within just one point of Fulham with a win, and they'll have two games in hand.
