Listen to Football...Only Bettor's matchday 32 preview
A trip to Anfield would traditionally be a daunting prospect for midtable Fulham but Liverpool's inconsistency, and recent meetings between the sides, give Marco Silva's men reason to believe they can compete in this Saturday teatime fixture.
The Reds and the Cottagers have produced open contests when they have met, with chances at both ends, and the latter have shown they're more than capable of causing problems for the champions.
Fifth-placed Liverpool's up and down performances this season have left the door ajar for their rivals, while Fulham, who sit ninth, have shown resilience and attacking quality that can make them a dangerous opponent when they're on form.
We've brought you three key stats, courtesey of Opta, and three bets for what could be a lively encounter rather than a routine home win.
Bet #1: Back goals galore
The Stats:
Both Liverpool and Fulham have scored at least twice in each of their last three Premier League meetings; the only fixtures to see both sides score 2+ four times in a row in the competition are Brighton v Leicester (Sep 2022 to Apr 2025) and Crystal Palace v Man City (Dec 2023 to Apr 2025).
Fulham, in particular, have enjoyed facing the Reds since returning to the division in 2022, scoring 13 goals in seven meetings. Only Spurs (14) and Brighton (15) have netted more against Liverpool in that period.
The Bet:
Back BTTS and Over 2.5 goals
Bet #2: Back late drama at Anfield
The Stat:
No side in the Premier League this season has scored more goals in the final 20 minutes of games than Fulham (18, level with Liverpool), while the Reds have conceded 18 in that time, two more than any other side.
The Bet:
Back most goals in the 2nd half
Bet #3: Back Fulham to avoid defeat
The Stat:
Since (and including) MD6 in the Premier League this season, Liverpool have lost (10) more league games than they've won (9), with 11 sides collecting more points in the competition than their 34 in that time. Meanwhile, after winning only two of their first eight Premier League games of 2026 (D2 L4), Fulham have won three of their last five (D1 L1), while only Bournemouth and Manchester United (both 9) have won more points from losing positions this calendar year than the Cottagers (8).
The Bet:
Back Fulham to Win or Draw
