Football Bet of the Day: Sevilla to blow Deportivo away

Our bet croaked in southern Spain last night, as Malaga and Levante played out a goalless draw. But we're hanging around for another crack at Andalusia this evening.

Fifth in the La Liga table that counts, Sevilla have its second-best home record (W5-D1-L0). Eduardo Berizzo's men have won each of the last five at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan and should make it six in a row this evening. The Andalusians have won this fixture in three of its last four runnings, scoring at least three times in each success.

Deportivo have gone W1-D2-L3 on the road, despite playing only one team now in the top half. Most recently, they lost at Malaga, who are struggling down in the drop zone. Last term, Depor went W0-D3-L7 travelling to visit sides that finished in the top half.

With Sevilla tending to score freely against Depor, we fancy them to win this one with something to spare.
