Football Bet of the Day: Rapid and Red Bull only going one way

The goals were spread thickly, but not very evenly, for Philadelphia last night. 3-1 the Union lost at Toronto, which is much better news for us than it was for them.

There's a big game at the top of the Austrian Bundesliga this afternoon. Red Bull Salzburg can go second if they win at Rapid Vienna, who will extend their lead at the top to four points if they emerge triumphant.

With this game in hand on everyone else, the pair are already the league's top scorers this season and we expect attack to trump defence. Each of their last eight meetings (and 8/10 in the capital since 2010) have delivered Over 2.5 Goals and that's our minimum requirement at Gerhard Hanappi Stadium today.

Under Zoran Barisic, Rapid have scored at least twice in all five of their home games this season, four of which have produced Over 2.5 Goals in total. Since mid-March the record is 8/11 with at least three match goals.
