Tobias Gourlay's making a rare foray into South Korea for what promises to be an entertaining K League match on Wednesday morning
Incheon Utd v Gangwon
Wednesday 11:00
Guarani's 2-1 win over Coritiba gave us a flying start to the week in Brazil. Today we trundle on to South Korea, for our pick of Wednesday morning's six K League matches.
After 15 rounds of the season, Incheon United are second bottom of the 12-team league, having won just one of those matches. However, the Cranes have solid scoring form at Incheon Football Stadium: only top-of-the-table Jeonbuk have scored more than Incheon's 11 home goals. Incheon's problems have been at the other end, where they have managed just one clean sheet in their eight home matches. Five of those games delivered Over 2.5 Goals and that's our bet for this one.
Visiting Gangwon won the reverse fixture 2-1 and will be confident of finding the back of the net again today. They have scored in 6/7 away matches this term, with the same fraction delivering Over 2.5 Goals in total. But Gangwon too are defensively frail, with just a single clean sheet from those seven away games, and that's why we fancy attack to prevail over defence on Wednesday morning.
